Chargeable Weight & Cargo Regulations

Air cargo billing is calculated based on whichever value is higher between the actual gross weight and the dimensional (volumetric) weight of your package.
Dimensional Weight Formula: (Length x Width x Height in inches) divided by 139 = Dimensional Weight in pounds (lbs).
All completed parcels and pouches are weighed and measured upon arrival at our warehouse before final flight dispatch.
If you cannot drop off your package at an authorized receiving center, simply ship it to our hub using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or any commercial courier.
Once received, our operations team will inspect, measure, safely re-pack, and schedule your parcel for the fastest air or ocean departure to the Philippines.
Certain high-value commercial goods, electronics, or luxury items may be subject to duties under Philippine Bureau of Customs guidelines.
